320/180-186 Campbell Pde, Bondi Beach, has a $3.5m guide for a September 6 auction.
Former international model turned influencer Steffanie Tzaneros has listed her stunning Pacific Bondi Beach apartment with TRG founder and Luxe listings star Gavin Rubinstein.
A big hit on the catwalks of Milan, Berlin and New York, Tzaneros met husband Michael Tzaneros in New York in 2012 and the couple snapped up the two-bedder in the popular beachside block off-the-plan.
“We moved into the apartment in December, 2015 and it’s been unreal,” Michael Tzaneros said.
“To have the beach and Woolworths as our pantry and BWS our wine cellar and so many cafes and restaurants … we won’t be able to replicate that anywhere in the world let alone Sydney.”

The two-bedder at 320/180-186 Campbell Pde, Bondi Beach has a beautiful view of the ocean.
But with one-year-old daughter, Xanthi, in tow, and plans to have more kids, the couple are now upgrading to a family home so Rubinstein has a September 6 auction scheduled with a $3.5m price guide.
“It will have broad appeal, from first home buyers, executives, downsizers and even people living in Vaucluse/Watsons Bay or out of Sydney’s east wanting a weekender,” Rubinstein said.
The plum listing is one of 13 that Rubinstein picked up last week in the lead up to spring ranging from $1.5-17m.
Another of his big listings is a mid-century modern home on a 900sqm block 46 Hopetoun Ave, Vaucluse, which property records show is owned by David Zylstra, joint managing director at apparel manufacturer The Skye Group.
The impressive residence has a $13m price guide for a September 6 auction.

It’s on a 900sqm block.
The listings spree comes at an exciting period for Rubinstein’s firm, which moves to a new Rose Bay headquarters in November.
“Watching that come to life has been energy-driving for me, and, as of mid-July, I’ve partnered with Mark Lowe [previously with Ballard] as director of the Woollahra office to really grow market share around that premises, which will be retained,” Rubinstein said.
“Mark and his team will be focusing on Woollahra and Paddington and looking to further build the Queen St premises, appointing more agents who are passionate about that pocket.
“In addition to that, Jake Fahd [former Belle Double Bay commercial partner] has joined TRG to head up the commercial arm of the business (TRG Commercial).”
And the third season of the now internationally famous Luxe Listings, which screens on Prime Video, arrives at the end of September.
“Season three is my favourite of all three, with the most deals, the best properties and the most exciting narrative” Rubinstein adds.
